This is truly a proud day for Kind Clinics and Medbox as Tuesday August 7th we were awarded 20 of 98 total dispensary licenses on behalf of clients in Arizona. This is after two years of hard work and many dollars spent by over 100 Arizona clients in pursuit of these licenses. On behalf of our clients in Arizona we submitted 110 Dispensary applications to the AZ Department of Health Services out of a total 484 (approximately 23%). All were substantively complete and accepted for the lottery drawing on August 7th, 2012.
The 20 licenses we acquired for clients in Arizona represents the largest success rate for any consultant, organization, attorney firm, individual or group who worked for themselves or on behalf of other clients in Arizona. Kind Clinics and Medbox will be selling technology to these new clinics and in some cases building out their entire facilities. For all of our new and potential clients in states like Connecticut and Massachusetts, these are the kind of results that we expect for our efforts as we expand into the new, highly regulated states that are enacting Medical Marijuana Laws!
